If you want to give it a shot, you need to find the github repo, clone it, open the file nvda-addon/synthDrivers/NVSpeechPlayer/init.py, find the line that says something like "SetVoiceByLanguage"en")" and change the "en" to "pl". Then follow the instructions in the README to build the addon. It’s probably not worth it though, you’d have to install like 13gb of Visual Studio stuff to build it I think.
